Job Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to understand verbal directions and safety signage
  • active listening and observation skills
  • ability to work under pressure during busy periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
  • ability to communicate effectively in English

  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus

  • clean bathrooms
  • change bed linens
  • supply amenities
  • mop and sweep floors
  • wash windows
  • replace light bulbs
  • remove dirty linens and garbage
  • push cleaning carts
  • greet guests politely
  • explain room features
  • secure room and supply keys
  • maintain sanitation standards
  • handle guest requests professionally
  • communicate maintenance issues
  • label and submit lost and found items
  • observe safety protocols
  • lift up to 60 pounds
  • work collaboratively with housekeeping team
  • protect property assets
