Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience in assisted or senior living communities preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures

- Good interpersonal skills for resident interaction

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments
- Vacuum, dust, and clean main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed and check heat system filters
- Change beds and linens, ensure adequate linen supplies, turn mattresses with assistance, and empty waste baskets
- Conduct deep cleaning of apartments and focus on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens using laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
