Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Capability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills to report hazards and inventory needs
- Physical stamina to perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property
Job Duties
- Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor
- Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary
