Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to work Monday through Friday as scheduled
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety protocols
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate golf cart with a valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by supervisors
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager
- Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors
- Maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re-ordering is necessary
