Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to follow instructions and hotel standards
  • strong attention to detail

  • ability to maintain confidentiality and security of equipment

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • maintaining security of equipment key and supplies issued
  • reporting lost and found articles to supervisor
  • responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
