Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of experience in cleaning
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • reliable and punctual
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
  • basic communication skills
  • ability to follow directions and hotel standards

  • Minimum one year of cleaning experience
  • ability to follow hotel cleaning procedures and standards
  • strong attention to detail
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and supervisors

  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
  • keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc
  • maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you
  • reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
  • ensure guest rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation
