Job Requirements
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including lifting bending and standing for long periods
- must be reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be able to communicate effectively in english
- prior experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- ability to follow detailed cleaning and safety procedures
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently and independently
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- bilingual skills are advantageous
Job Duties
- cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions hvac etc
- maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
- reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
