Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or related experience
  • ability to perform physical activities required for the position
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems
  • maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you
  • report lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
