Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping including lifting bending and standing for long periods
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and hotel protocols

Job Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and hotel standards
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC
Maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
