Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and servicing guest rooms
- Ability to follow instructions and hotel policies
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
- Maintaining security of equipment, key and supplies issued
- Reporting lost and found articles to the supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
