Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel
Ability to work weekends
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
Ability to report maintenance issues
Effective communication skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

1-2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel
Demonstrated enthusiasm and eager enjoyment for the work
Proven dedication and loyalty to assigned tasks
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Flexibility to work weekends and adjust to scheduling needs

Job Duties

Provide highest quality of service to guest rooms through cleanliness and attention to guest needs
Report any areas within guest rooms needing maintenance attention such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
Meet all brand standards in each room including proper room inventory and placement of items
Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and presentable housekeeping cart at all times
Assist other team members including the laundry department as needed
Complete assigned room cleaning within the eight-hour working day to avoid unnecessary overtime
