Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel
- Ability to work weekends
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to report maintenance issues
- Effective communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and eager enjoyment for the work
- Proven dedication and loyalty to assigned tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends and adjust to scheduling needs
Job Duties
- Provide highest quality of service to guest rooms through cleanliness and attention to guest needs
- Report any areas within guest rooms needing maintenance attention such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
- Meet all brand standards in each room including proper room inventory and placement of items
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and presentable housekeeping cart at all times
- Assist other team members including the laundry department as needed
- Complete assigned room cleaning within the eight-hour working day to avoid unnecessary overtime
