Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow hotel procedures and standards
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and hotel standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail
- Ability to handle physical tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc
- Maintaining security of equipment, key and supplies issued to you
- Reporting lost and found articles to supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
