Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to follow hotel procedures and standards
Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly and thoroughly
Keeping linen cart neat, well stocked, and organized
Reporting maintenance issues such as faulty fixtures or locks
Maintaining security of cleaning equipment, keys, and supplies
Reporting lost and found items to supervisor
Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
Ensuring guest rooms meet hotel cleanliness standards
