Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and hotel standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weight
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow standard cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- Keep linen cart neat, well stocked and organized
- Report areas within guest rooms needing attention such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
- Maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies issued
- Report lost and found articles to supervisor
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
