Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar cleaning role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and hotel standards
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift heavy items
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- Reporting any areas within guest rooms needing attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
- Maintaining security of equipment key and supplies issued
- Reporting lost and found articles to supervisor
- Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
