Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or similar cleaning role preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to perform routine cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and hotel standards
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift heavy items
  • Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms needing attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • Maintaining security of equipment key and supplies issued
  • Reporting lost and found articles to supervisor
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
