Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience
Ability to follow cleaning procedures and hotel standards
Availability to work full-time
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
Must comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Ability to maintain security of assigned equipment and supplies

Job Duties

Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms following procedures and hotel standards
Keeping an organized and well-stocked linen cart
Reporting any maintenance issues in guest rooms such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
Maintaining security of equipment, keys, and supplies
Reporting lost and found items to supervisors
Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
