  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to follow procedures and hotel standards
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • physical capability to perform cleaning duties
  • reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is beneficial
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and hotel procedures
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
  • reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
