Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical capability to perform cleaning duties including standing walking and lifting
  • reliability and punctuality
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and security of issued equipment and keys

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and hotel standards
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • attentiveness to detail
  • customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions HVAC etc
  • maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
  • reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
  • ensure guest rooms are spotless and clean to enhance guest satisfaction
