Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable using a smart device for daily assignments
- 1-year housekeeping experience required
- 2-years of housekeeping experience is preferred
- 2-years of cleaning experience in a full-service hotel environment highly preferred
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight
- Flexible schedule and able to work weekends and holidays is a must
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms according to Hyatt standards
- Clean a minimum number of rooms within scheduled shifts
- Ensure guest rooms are stocked with all necessary supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Follow established health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflows
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests
