Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable using a smart device for daily assignments
  • 1-year housekeeping experience required
  • 2-years of housekeeping experience is preferred
  • 2-years of cleaning experience in a full-service hotel environment highly preferred
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight
  • Flexible schedule and able to work weekends and holidays is a must

Job Duties

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms according to Hyatt standards
  • Clean a minimum number of rooms within scheduled shifts
  • Ensure guest rooms are stocked with all necessary supplies
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Follow established health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflows
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to guests
