Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull moderate to heavy weights
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Must comply with Hyatt appearance and conduct standards
Job Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable using a smart device for daily assignments
- 1-year housekeeping experience required
- 2-years of housekeeping experience preferred
- 2-years of cleaning experience in a full-service hotel environment highly preferred
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight
- Flexible schedule and able to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms according to Hyatt standards
- Clean a minimum number of rooms within scheduled shifts
- Ensure guest rooms are welcoming, tidy, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Use smart devices for daily assignments and communication
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve daily goals
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues
