Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience
- demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving moderate to heavy items
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to use smart technology for reporting and task management
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- strong verbal communication skills
- excellent time management skills
- comfortable using a smart device for daily assignments
- 1-year housekeeping experience required
- 2-years of housekeeping experience is preferred
- 2-years of cleaning experience in a full-service hotel environment highly preferred
- ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy weight
- flexible schedule and able to work weekends and holidays is a must
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms according to Hyatt standards
- clean a minimum number of rooms within scheduled shifts
- ensure guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies
- report any maintenance issues or damages to management
- adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- support team members and collaborate to meet department goals
- provide courteous and attentive service to guests
