Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- physical stamina for continuous movement including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift
- ability to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts
- good communication skills
- willingness to provide friendly customer service
- ability to follow green cleaning practices
- must be legally authorized to work in the u.s.
Job Qualifications
- previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- basic verbal and written communication skills
- ability to perform continuous movement and physical tasks such as bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to our brand standards
- change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies
- clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel
- greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile
- clean multiple rooms each day
- support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items
- support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
