Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
  • fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned areas
  • enter guest rooms following access and vacancy procedures
  • replace guest amenities and supplies
  • replace dirty linens and terry with clean items
  • make beds and fold terry
  • clean bathrooms
  • remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
  • check all room appliances for presence and proper function
  • straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
  • dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  • vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
  • follow all company safety and security policies and report any maintenance issues or hazards
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • support team to reach common goals
  • move, lift, carry, and place objects as required
  • perform other requested duties by supervisors
