Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned areas
- enter guest rooms following access and vacancy procedures
- replace guest amenities and supplies
- replace dirty linens and terry with clean items
- make beds and fold terry
- clean bathrooms
- remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
- check all room appliances for presence and proper function
- straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
- dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- follow all company safety and security policies and report any maintenance issues or hazards
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards
- assist individuals with disabilities
- support team to reach common goals
- move, lift, carry, and place objects as required
- perform other requested duties by supervisors
