Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
  • ability to communicate in English
  • physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and moving of moderate weight
  • available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
  • flexible to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
  • strong desire to provide excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • strong attention to detail
  • good time management skills
  • willingness to assist guests and fellow colleagues
  • ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
  • replenish supplies and amenities
  • ensure rooms meet quality and cleanliness standards
  • respond to guest requests politely and promptly
  • report any maintenance issues or damages
  • adhere to hotel safety and hygiene protocols
  • assist colleagues when needed
