Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform continuous movement, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift and perform repetitive motions
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to brand standards
- Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies
- Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained
- Greet and assist guests encountered during shifts with a friendly smile
- Clean multiple rooms each day
- Support maintenance team by reporting broken, defective or missing items
- Collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals through teamwork
