Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
  • Availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
  • Flexible to work hours between 8:00 am and 11:30 pm
  • Ability to communicate with guests effectively
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest rooms
  • Ensure all rooms are prepared to hotel standards
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Handle guest requests professionally and promptly
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Restock room supplies and amenities
  • Comply with all hotel policies and procedures
