Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform continuous movement including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Must be able to interact positively with guests
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to greet and interact with guests professionally
  • Willingness to uphold brand standards and comply with hotel policies
  • Ability to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift

Job Duties

  • Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to our brand standards
  • Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies
  • Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel
  • Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile
  • Clean multiple rooms each day
  • Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items
  • Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
