Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to follow health and safety protocols
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- basic verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to bend, lift, push, pull and carry up to 25 pounds
- availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to brand standards
- change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies
- clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel
- greet and assist guests encountered during the shift with a friendly smile
- clean multiple rooms each day
- support the maintenance team by reporting broken, defective or missing items
- support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
