Job Requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks required for housekeeping including lifting bending and standing for long periods
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- ability to follow instructions and hotel standards
- good communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic proficiency in English for communication
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- good communication skills
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
Job Duties
- cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- keeping an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and organized
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions hvac etc
- maintaining security of your equipment key and supplies issued to you
- reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
