Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow cleaning protocols and standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
  • Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
  • Reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc
  • Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you
  • Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
  • Ensuring guest rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards
