Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum six months of related hospitality or janitorial experience preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to follow directions
  • willingness to undergo additional training as required
  • flexibility to work varied schedules

  • ability to listen attentively
  • physical stamina to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
  • anticipate guests needs and answer questions regarding their visit
  • respond promptly and be familiar with property location, amenities, and local attractions
  • resolve guests complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • complete all required brand and health safety training as directed
  • adhere to property specific brand standards and knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures
  • prepare guest rooms for cleaning including making beds, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows and mirrors, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, replenishing amenities, and realigning furniture
  • clean and restock supply carts at end of shift
  • update and submit room assignment sheets
  • manage lost and found items by submitting them to Executive Housekeeper
  • perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
