Job Requirements
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum six months of work-related experience
- excellent customer service skills
- previous hospitality experience preferred
- ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- good written and oral communication skills
- ability to listen attentively
- flexibility to work varied schedules
- physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- minimum six months related work experience
- excellent customer service skills
- previous hospitality industry experience preferred
- previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- knowledge of property amenities and local attractions preferred
- ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- good physical stamina
Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- anticipate guests needs and answer questions related to their visit
- respond promptly to guest inquiries
- complete all required brand specific and health and safety training
- enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities
- familiarize with lost and found policies and submit lost items promptly
- maintain cleanliness of supply cart and update room assignment sheet
- resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
- perform additional tasks to exceed guest expectations
