Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Must be able to follow safety and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check

- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Prior housekeeping experience is helpful
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and pushing moderate weights
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms including making beds and changing sheets
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly
- Dust all surfaces and vacuum floors
- Replace amenities and ensure rooms are well-stocked
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- Follow guest room access procedures and safety regulations including OSHA and MSDS
- Perform other assigned cleaning or hotel service duties
