Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work any day including weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 am and 11:30 pm
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to assist guests and colleagues

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms
  • Communicate effectively with guests to address their needs
  • Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and safety standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly
  • Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to established schedules including weekends and holidays
