Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions
- Previous experience in cleaning or customer service preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to brand standards
- Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies
- Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained
- Greet and assist guests during shifts with a friendly smile
- Clean multiple rooms each day
- Report broken, defective or missing items to the maintenance team
- Collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals
