Job Requirements
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to continuously move, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shift
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to brand standards
- Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies
- Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices
- Greet and assist guests encountered during shifts with a friendly smile
- Clean multiple rooms each day
- Support maintenance by reporting broken, defective or missing items
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to support hotel goals
