Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds
- punctuality and reliability
- good communication skills
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- willingness to follow hotel protocols and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- basic verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- capability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 25 pounds
- availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to brand standards
- change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies
- clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green cleaning practices
- greet and assist guests with a friendly smile
- clean multiple rooms each day
- report broken, defective or missing items to maintenance
- collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals
