Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
- Flexible availability including potential evening and weekend shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor when working in a family-centered environment
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials
- Ensure all areas meet health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Support with laundry services including washing, folding, and distributing linens
- Assist with maintaining a warm, hospitable, and family-friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with other team members and volunteers to ensure smooth daily operations
