Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- capable of interacting professionally with residents and team members
- knowledge of work safety habits
- ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment
- ability to perform minor repairs and replacements
Job Duties
- Clean the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and property common areas on a defined schedule
- clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy
- report any maintenance problems to the supervisor
- assist with inventory control
- perform job duties using safety guidelines and report obstacles
- conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures
- make ready units for new move-ins and check appliances informing Lead Maintenance of issues
