Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- pass a background check
- possess a positive attitude and be a team player
- have willingness to learn efficient cleaning techniques
- able to lift 20 pounds or less
- capable of cleaning 6-7 hours per day
- hold a valid driver’s license, car, and car insurance
- able to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not required
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
- strong work ethic and team player attitude
- willingness to learn and follow company cleaning procedures
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds and clean for extended periods
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Provide professional housecleaning services using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- follow the training program to clean efficiently and effectively
- maintain safety protocols by using supplied gloves, masks, and safe disinfectants
- interact courteously with customers while maintaining minimal contact
- manage cleaning tasks for 6-7 hours per day, including light lifting up to 20 pounds
- utilize the company app to encourage and facilitate customer tipping
- maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to earn paid time off
