Job Requirements
- Ability to speak read write and comprehend English at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients members guests and coworkers
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures
- Knowledge of common laws of courtesy
- Ability to work on feet moving about quickly for several hours
- Ability to lift carry and move up to 35 pounds including cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ability to clean using chemicals and wear rubber gloves as needed
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends holidays and split shifts
- Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance consistent with company standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak read write and comprehend English effectively
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures
- Experience in cleaning and guest service preferred
- Knowledge of common laws of courtesy
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and split shifts
- Arrive to work on time consistently
- Wear proper uniform that is crisp clean and in good repair with groomed hair approved by management
- Attend training safety courses and meetings
- Report safety hazards follow up and assist with providing a safe work environment
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Learn care and handling of cleaning chemicals
- Pick up keys beeper and assignments from Housekeeping Office
- Become knowledgeable about cleaning equipment and supplies including carts vacuum cleaners and linens
- Report any maintenance problems
- Notify Housekeeping Manager or Office Coordinator of problems
- Comply with any reasonable request of a supervisor or manager
