Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning schedules
- Good physical condition to perform manual tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of safety procedures and policies
Job Qualifications
- Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safe work habits
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and associates
- Demonstrates empathy, kindness, compassion, and respect
- Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations
Job Duties
- Follows established cleaning schedule
- Completes daily dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of all common areas
- Follows established schedule for deep cleaning of resident rooms
- Cleans administrative offices as scheduled
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
- Cleans carpets and mops all floors upon request
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all residents
