Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Consistent evidence of spiritual growth
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff
- Ability to resolve conflict peacefully
- Capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors and navigate uneven surfaces
- Willingness to support ministry goals and culture
- Ability to manage time effectively and solve problems
- Availability to work part-time including occasional weekends

Job Duties
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned, cared for, and inspected according to established standards
- Clean bathrooms including scrubbing tubs, mopping floors, wiping counters
- Make beds, dust surfaces
- Sweep, vacuum and straighten rooms
- Complete all laundry cycles including sorting, folding, carrying, and storing linens
- Clean and maintain common spaces including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing
- Protect equipment and notify supervisor of damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Check and restock consumables
- Adhere to health and safety practices
- Minister to guests and fellow staff by engaging and serving them lovingly
- Handle complaints and requests with professionalism
- Perform additional duties as assigned by housekeeping manager
- Contribute to team efforts and annual ministry goals
