Job Requirements
- Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, and carry
- Must stand for extended periods of time
- May be required to move furniture
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Must be able to perform housekeeping duties safely and efficiently
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work part-time schedule Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for the position
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas
- Ensure all housekeeping tasks meet company standards and safety regulations
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, and carrying
- Move furniture as required to clean thoroughly
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of cleaning materials
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Adhere to scheduling and attendance policies
