Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms daily or as directed
- Freshens vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day
- Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties as requested
- Reports any observed hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and requests reorders
- Operates golf cart on property as needed
- Collaborates with management team to uphold property standards
