Job Qualifications

prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong attention to detail
good communication and interpersonal skills
positive attitude toward working with older adults
willingness to learn and adapt
basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas
dust and polish furniture and fixtures
mop and vacuum floors
empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
clean and sanitize bathrooms and common areas
report maintenance issues promptly
follow safety and hygiene protocols
