Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Be able to easily lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and resident care areas
- Provide compassionate daily interaction with residents and their families
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly and safely
- Report maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
