- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in institutional housekeeping or maintenance is helpful
- ability to read write and speak the English language
- ability to operate floor-care equipment
- availability to work PRN shifts
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that require standing bending and lifting

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize patient rooms bathrooms and common areas on a daily basis
- use proper chemicals in proper portions and dust mop wet mop or spot mop floors
- empty trash containers replace liners and dispose of trash properly
- vacuum carpets as directed by supervisor
- wash and dry windows using proper chemicals and equipment
- report repair needs to supervisor or maintenance department
- identify and correct safety hazards and abide by safety rules
