Job Requirements
- 1 year prior housekeeping experience required
- ability to work 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shifts including every other weekend
- successful completion of background criminal history check and pre-employment drug test
- TB skin testing upon hire
- compliance with federal COVID-19 vaccination or exemption requirements
Job Qualifications
- 1 year prior housekeeping experience
- experience working in a long-term care facility or hospital preferred
- experience stripping and waxing floors
- experience with extracting and bonnet cleaning of carpets
Job Duties
- Ensuring the facility is kept clean by dusting, mopping, sweeping, damp/wet mopping, polishing, scrubbing, vacuuming, trash removal and bio-hazard waste removal
- Keeping assigned areas clean and attractive
- Promoting sanitary conditions to prevent the spread of infection
- Ensuring all equipment is in working order
- Completing daily routines and performing other duties as needed across Environmental Services
