Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Must provide friendly and courteous service to guests
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean in accordance with established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and courteous service with a Service Plus 1 attitude
- Contribute to a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
